We are based in the UK but are very happy to ship worldwide. Unless otherwise requested all delivery in the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. All other items are by trackable "Airsure" or "Signed For" registered mail.

Please make sure that the postal address given to us is accurate and complete to guarantee delivery and that the address on your invoice is correct. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address and we do not take responsibility for delayed or non delivery due to factors beyond our control.

 

Customs Charges

 

Please note that all international customers are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and custom duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. We have no control over these charges.

 

Delivery Times

 

If an item is in stock it will be posted within 2-5 working days. Other items are made to order and can take between 2-4 weeks though this may vary around high volume sales periods such as Christmas.

 

If you require an item for a specific date please contact us before ordering to ensure that your request can be met. We will do our very best to meet any deadlines.

 

Shipping Methods

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive next working day from date of dispatch.. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

 

 

Royal Mail Airsure items are also tracked and fully insured. Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days to most of Europe and 3-7 days to the rest of the world but these times can on occasion vary.

Returns

 

Hopefully you'll be delighted with your purchase but....

 

  • If you are unhappy with an item purchased please notify us of your wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We will refund your purchase less postage costs once received if you return it in it's original condition, new, unworn, unused and undamaged and with the original packaging and receipt postmarked within 21 days of receipt.

 

  • Please note that custom orders, such as rings are non returnable and refundable and regretfully, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons in accordance with UK laws.

 

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied we offer a repair or replacement service. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order to arrange the return and return the item to us within 21 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement or exchange as appropriate.

 

  • Refunds and exchanges are offered at our discretion.

 

  • Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our studio. Please ensure that any returned items are suitably packaged to protect them in transit.

 

  • It is recommended that you use a Special Delivery service (or your country’s equivalent) to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part from the original order.

 

  • Please note that for all international returns, customs duties/taxes and any other costs incurred must be paid for by the customer.
