RING ORDERS
AND SIZING
All rings are available to order in British standard ring sizes. Do please remember though that:
-
Your finger size can change throughout the day, so it is a good idea to measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Do not measure when your hands are cold; your fingers will be at least half a size smaller.
-
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; it should of course be snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
-
Rings with a particularly wide band will feel tighter than a narrow band; in these cases, we recommend buying a full size larger than your normal ring size.
Most of the rings are custom-made to order in the size requested. This means they take a little longer to arrive than other items that are held in stock. As a guide, four weeks is the maximum time expected for ring orders.

Anything else I need to know about ring orders?
All ring sizes must be quoted at time of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information when placing your order. There will be a re-size charge (plus postage) for any rings that have to be amended following an order.

Our aim is to ensure that our customers are delighted with their jewellery so if you need your ring for a particular date or a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to complete your order in time.
