I fell in love with this piece, but had questions. I got them answered carefully and accurately. I asked if I could have a different chain--not a problem. The professionalism, artistic excellence and fast answers made this transaction special.
It took longer for the item to get from Los Angeles to Phoenix than from the UK to Los Angeles. So, fast shipping and excellent tracking. I cannot think of one thing that could have been improved.
